Kuangyeu medical signs acquisition agreement with CEFLA group

CEFLA S.C. (“CEFLA”) and Kuang Yeu Medical Co. Ltd (“KYM”) announce that on date 28/02/2019 have entered in a definitive agreement related to the sale of 100% shares of Victor from CEFLA to KYM. The agreement is expected to be executed with the effective transfer of the ownership of Victor shares in the next few weeks.
KYM is a company incorporated under the laws of China-Taiwan that operates since 1988 in the dental equipment and consumable industry.
Thanks to this agreement KYM will start soon to carry on the production, sale and service of Victor dental units thus benefiting of the existing clients-base of Victor, with a specific focus on Chinese market and covering also some international markets such as India, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Russia and other European countries.
Operations for the complete manufacture of Victor's dental units will be moved from current site in Suzhou to the new premises held by KYM in Changzhou. This new site has been recently modernized by KYM in order to cope with the best practices in any operational phase required for the production Victor dental units. With this regard, KYM is about to start the procedures for the change of Victor registered office and for the updating of product registrations in order to be fully operative with its customers starting from third quarter of calendar year 2019.
